Learning About the Human Body

Group of students leaning over a table, actively working on a science model involving syringes and tubes.

As part of their inquiry into the human body Year 6 created models of the major organs to show their understanding of how they function.

All children showed excellent communication skills and used the correct scientific vocabulary to explain their models.

This is a fantastic example of how to make learning purposeful, engaging and fun.
